Théo Lecomte is the founder of TLC, Théo Lecomte Co., a boutique firm specializing in Executive Search, with a sharp focus on recruiting senior executives and specialists.

Drawing on expertise and a proven track record built within major firms, he is the author of an innovative and structured methodology for talent mapping within global and complex industries. He has since applied this same rigor to every mandate entrusted to TLC.

His experience spans energy, industrial goods, technology, consumer goods, retail, as well as the software and cybersecurity sectors.

He supports searches for private equity-backed, publicly listed, and privately held organizations.

Through these mandates, he has successfully executed searches for CEOs, CFOs, Chairs, and Independent Directors, as well as senior management roles within finance, operations, and human resources functions.

Théo has an academic background in international business, Asian languages and cultures, marketing management, and human resources. Notably, he received two nominations for excellence awards at Copenhagen Business School.

Confidentiality by default

Executive searches often involve situations that are not yet public. Every conversation, candidate profile, and client mandate is handled with confidentiality and discretion.

Candidates as principals

Candidates are treated as professionals, not as a means to a placement. That means clear communication, honest feedback, and updates at every stage, regardless of the outcome.

Fee on success

Searches are conducted on a contingency basis. Fees are only due once a successful placement has been made and the candidate's contract is signed. This directly aligns the firm's success with the benefit brought to the client.
