Method

We begin with a clear understanding of your strategic priorities and define the executive competencies required to achieve your business goals.

  • Contextual analysis: We evaluate your organization’s stage of development, immediate priorities, and long-term roadmap.
  • Success profiling: We define the critical success factors, namely the key operational activities and objectives the executive must accomplish to succeed.
  • Position specification: We develop a detailed brief outlining the business case, challenges, and leadership profile required for the role.
  • Search strategy: We define the specific geographies, industries, and companies where relevant candidates can be found.

We execute our search strategy through a rigorous market-mapping process. By documenting all relevant executives across target industries and geographies, we build a structured talent map that evolves as we uncover new candidates.

We approach high-potential executives on a strictly confidential basis. These conversations allow us to assess how their experience, scope of responsibility, and current mandates align with your organization’s specific needs.

These discussions also provide real-time market feedback on the role and organization, and helps us understand each candidate's motivation and the conditions required for a lateral move.

We invite shortlisted candidates to participate in a structured interview. Our evaluation focuses on performance in comparable contexts, leadership style, and personal factors such as values, personality, and cultural fit. This creates an objective basis for further evaluation in later-stage interviews.

Once a candidate has been selected, we act as an intermediary between both parties to facilitate agreement on contract terms and compensation.

Following the appointment, we remain available throughout the transition, conducting periodic check-ins to support a smooth integration and long-term success in the role.
